upon getting the Prismacolor hand lettering set, i had it in my mind that these would be perfect to improve my handwriting skills and ideas. I was right. These pens have EVERYTHING you would need for any project, regardless if you are just doing lettering or just a basic doodle. The pens stay moist very good. They are easily labelled so its not hard to find what you need. Ido recommend NOT pressing too hard on the paper you are creating anything with. Ive noticed it does bleed through if the wrong pressure is applied. Overall, I am in love with the set, and plan on getting it again not only for myself, but for others that share the same talent.

Brilliant Color & Excellent Control!
I received a sample of a Prismacolor Brush Lettering Kit 13ct in exchange for my honest review.
These brushes are amazing to work with, because you get excellent control and no color bleeding. I often have very intricate designs and have had problems with maintaining color within the boundaries, but NOT anymore. The colors are brilliant and make any art or lettering look sharp and clean. The sketching pencil is so easy to work with, making it a breeze to get your design just right. If you do have a line that isn't perfect the eraser takes it off cleanly without smudges. I highly recommend these brushes for anyone who loves creating beautiful things!

Very Organized
I got this hand lettering set so for my 11 year old daughter to try fun lettering. It is a very beginner set. It came with 2 special pencils and 3 black markers that have different thickness and thinness for writing. There is a separate eraser provided for little mistakes for the pencils or lightening a mistake from even the markers. There is a tiny "tips and tricks" mini-pamphlet to get someone started, but I wish there were more options and instructions on making the letters. I would buy this again for someone who wants a beginners tool set for hand lettering, but I would purchase a separate beginners book for tracing and/or experimenting with different lettering.

Nice set
My wife does a lot of crafting and we have recently been doing signs and prints with handlettering. I've tried some cheaper brands and they were ok. Usually they either die after a few uses, the ink fade / not very vibrant. I was really impressed with how nice these write and the color is so much better. You get what you pay for. I liked how many different pens and sizes came with this set. Really let me try some new ways of lettering I couldn't do before. After looking up the brand I found there are lots of different sets. I will be purchasing more sets soon. Great for any level of lettering and I probably would have been better off to start with these. Would recommend and will be getting more!

What a great set!
I am a very very crafty person. Lettering is something I have struggled with since as long as I can remember. I was very excited to try out a basic lettering kit. Everything I need including instructions to hopefully make me somewhat efficient at it. And it worked! I'm getting better and better by the day. The kit is very inclusive and included everything I needed to get started. Its super simple instructions have helped me understand better than the 200 videos I've watched in the past. With a bit more practice I feel like I could finally letter something and it look like an adult did it.

So fancy!
I got this set because I wanted to work on my fancy writing for my scrapbook. This set comes with everything I will need. It comes with 10 colors: raspberry, salmon, yellow, green, mint, teal, blue, purple, grey, and black. It comes with a sketch pencil, a dual chisel and fine tip marker, and an eraser. These markers all write very smooth with good ink. My writing isn’t very fancy but with these markers it is certainly elevated! I love the broad variety of colors and the tip sheet is amazing for a beginner! I’m not a professional yet, but I certainly have the tools to look like one now!

Fun for beginner
This Premier Beginner Hand Lettering Set has everything needed for a beginner like myself. There are 4 different pens, 2 pencils, and an eraser to get you started. I had a lot of fun playing around with the different pens and the ways they write. I tried the different types the booklet showed but I am still learning. I look forward to learning more so that I can get the most out of the set. Overall the quality is amazing and each marker tip is very precise. The pencils I really couldn't tell a difference in if they are and the eraser is especially nice as it leaves no makes behind.

Perfect lettering set!
Prismacolor Premier 13pc Hand Lettering Advanced Set makes for the perfect gift or personal use. I am far from a artist but always been told that I have the perfect handwriting. This set just advanced me to a whole new level. I like that there are different sizes for different lettering. I am a bold cursive writer and when making notes and cards it makes my lettering look more professional. If I mess up a little I can easily erase with the eraser that's included with this set. The ink doesn't skip like most boring pens and I've written a lot. I honestly recommend this set!
