Good variety and quality
I think this set comes with a good variety of pens (and pencils). I like to doodle and draw, but have never really been knowledgeable about the type of pen/pencil that I use so it was interesting to try them all out (see picture). I think the booklet that it comes with is a little lackluster - it's not "everything you need to know about lettering" at all, so don't expect that. It's just a booklet of random-ish tips, so I wouldn't rely on that to get a start in lettering! The pens/pencils themselves seem to be good quality and the ink comes out nicely and evenly.

Great product
I so love this hand lettering set. There are a great product and I love it has the writing or drawing pencils and where you can do your sketching and go back over it with the markers and pen set. This is a very nice set to have if you enjoy writing or doing whatever you like doing. Nonetheless, their is a couple of Pros that I love you can do is like writing cursive or just drawing a picture . Overall, I will definitely recommend because, this is actually a great product to have and their are so many things you can do. The quality of it is great and I love it.

Amazing all in one set!
Personally my wife thinks the set is the the best out there for Advanced kit for any sketch artist, writer, illustrator. It's so convenient grab & Go advanced package set with a great simple carrying case. My wife no longer has to worry about everything falling out everywhere all is firmly in one place. Toss it in your purse or car very small and compact worry-free set. I would highly recommend looking at this if you're interested in a very high quality convenient pack this is the one to buy. My wife uses it daily. 5-star product everyone should have.

Prismacolor Premier Advanced Hand Lettering Set
These are the perfect set for my up and coming teen artist. The graphite pencils are excellent for drawing sketches and the kneaded eraser works with the pencils to erase any mistakes. You have the 7 different Illustration Markers for tracing over your sketches and the 2 dual-ended markers for creating bolder lettering or designs. So far, there is no bleed through with the markers. I really like that this also comes with a insert to show ways you can use these markers or improve your writing skills. This is a great set of markers and she loves them.

Really nice set
I love this handwriting set for beginners. It includes 2H and 2B graphite pencils with a kneaded eraser, brush and chisel tip black illustration markers, a 05 illustration marker, and a dual- ended marker. The markers write smoothly and do not bleed onto the back of the paper. They dry quickly and do not smear. The large dual tip marker does have an unpleasant odor, but it dissipates quickly. I do wish that the tips and tricks book showed step by step instructions for how to create different lettering styles- instead it has more generic tips.

Has faults
I was super excited to use these markers as I have just started learning how to do hand lettering and am addressing my own wedding invitations. I really liked the brush marker at first (despite the “instruction book” giving no helpful tips on how to use the markers) because it was a perfect firmness and the ink was great , but after writing only about 15 names, the pen is dry/ran out of ink. Very disappointing considering I really liked the markers at first. Good enough product for the money if you are only using it to learn.

Cool set!
I received this Prismacolor Premier 13pc Hand Lettering Advance Set for a review promotion. I used to practice writing calligraphy back in high school but since I have gotten older I just don't do it anymore. When I received this offer, I had just started looking back into starting back up again, so getting this helped me get a start on things. First, the set comes in a nice package with a place for everything that comes with it. It comes with 7 different sizes of smaller, skinny tip markers, 2 bigger, dual-ended markers with 4 different sizes ( which are very hard to open), two graphite pencils, and a kneaded eraser. It also comes with a small insert that tells you which marker to use to get different lettering and other tips and tricks for using your lettering set.

Okay Set
This set has pros and cons like everything else. There are several pens to choose from which is great for practicing different techniques or working on different projects. The main flaw is that it bleeds through when working in my planner. My planner has super thick paper so I didn’t expect a problem but it bled through the back badly. If you’re going to use this set to learn something different or use on projects, I completely recommend. If you plan on using it in journals or planners, look for something different.

Easy to use
I got this because I wanted something to learn hand lettering with. This makes it so easy to learn it. I love that it comes with many different types of pens and markers, with different size tips. I also love the guide that comes with it. I love that the pens have duel side tips and different widths. These make it so much more easier to letter with. I love that the pens are durable too. These are made with great quality. I recommend anyone that is a beginner and wants to learn letting get these they are fabulous.

Great for beginners
I got this for my daughter since she was interested in upping her handwriting game. The instructions were easy to follow and the kit included everything we needed to start. My daughter started practicing using the included pencils until she mastered a letter the way she liked. The first used the chisel tip marker to go over her pencil markings. She continued with new letters, switching up which marker she used to add detail. This set is really great and worth it to try. My daughter really liked the kneaded eraser since it doesn't leave eraser pieces everywhere. She is currently practicing large letters using the large bold marker and she's loving the detail it provides. She hopes to get more kits that will help further her ability to use her letter-writing on her sketches.

Fun New Hobby
Thanks to this set, I am learning how to do some fun lettering projects. I love the variety of tools included - it really does have everything I need as a beginner. I found the tip booklet, as well as the tips you can find online, to be really helpful. I wish they also had some how to videos linked on the website instead of just articles but it is a good place to start and the internet can take it from there. I like that it also includes the pencils for sketching the designs first. This is a great set!

Art comes to life !
I have had the Prismacolor Premier Advanced Hand Lettering Set with Illustration Markers, Art Pens, Pencils, Eraser and Tips Pamphlet, 13 Count for a couple weeks now and I love it !! It comes with 5 single pointed marker pens from very fine point to fine, 2 single pointed markers, one with a flat edge and the other with a pointed brush like tip and 2 more double sided markers. It also includes two pencils and an eraser. It’s the perfect art kit for anyone who sketches or wants to get into sketching.

Smooth writing, great variety
I am no experienced artist but enjoy playing around with different markers, pencils, paints etc. I really like this set, all of the markers and pencils write really smooth. There's no dragging or scratching on the paper. There's a good variety of tip sizes which is nice as well. It's a small set but it covers you whether you want small lettering or thicker ones. The eraser is convenient and works very well as well. This would be an awesome gift or nice to just have in hand as a hobby.

Clean Lines
I have found that these markers give me very clean lines when outlining, drawing and writing. There are 9 pens with different tips, 2 drawing pencils and one eraser. Two of these markers have double tips which have been amazing for shading. They have been perfect to travel with easy to carry and take anywhere. I have been using them for about 3 months and they are still like new. The tips have not lost their shape. They have become my go to pens and so far I have been very impressed.

Lots of Fun
I loved the Prismacolor Brush Lettering Kit. I am just exploring playing with lettering and am not a very artistic person. But I enjoyed this kit. These pens are very easy to use and the brush-like tips glide on the surface you are writing on and with just a change in the angle, you change the way they write. Each color is nice and bright. The set includes 10 Colors and one large black pen. It also comes with a pencil and eraser. I practiced mostly on just plain copy paper and to my surprise, it didn't bleed through so I know with good thick invitations it shouldn't either. I didn't experience and smearing since the ink was drying fast. I was very impressed with this set and can not wait until I learn how to better use this set so that I can make invitations or greeting cards for my friends and family.

Great for Beginners
I have been wanting to learn better hand lettering for cards and signs. The Prismacolor Premier Beginner Hand Lettering Set with Illustration Markers, Art Markers, Pencils, Eraser, and Tips Pamphlet is the absolutely perfect kit to start learning. The materials are high-quality and the pamphlet is easy to understand and follow. I think I have caught on to better hand lettering quite quickly thanks to this kit! I would recommend it for anyone wanting to have better hand lettering.

Great selection of pens and markers
These work really well, I’ve had them a while and they haven’t dried up, that’s always a great thing. There’s the marker/pen # 2 I’m pretty sure is permanent so be careful with clothes and hands! Overall, they provide a fluent line with no skips or scratches. Only the marker type ones seemed to bleed through the paper a little. The outliner pencil 2h is nice and light, and erased well for sketches! I had a little trouble with pen 1 for calligraphy, but that’s probably just me!

Wish it had more!
While I'm a Prismacolor fan, I was a little disappointed in this set. I assumed being a "beginner hand lettering set" that it would include some sort of beginner tutorial for actual hand lettering styles. There was a little pamphlet, but it wasn't like hand lettering for dummies, and thats what I need! The set itself is nice. Various size pens. One marker seemed to run out pretty quickly. A good set if you already know a bit of hand letting and how to use each pen.

I received my prismacolor premier beginner hand lettering set . I am very impresses with them. It has everything you need pencils and ereasers also illustration markers and art markers. This set is a very professional set and is high quality. The art tip markers are awsome they help get in the hard corners when coloring it something with out going outside the lines you do not have to worry about that with these. I would recommend this prismacolor premier set to anyone.

A lot of fun
This hand lettering set is so neat and fun to use. I have always loved beautiful handwriting and with this set I am able to achieve such pretty handwriting. The set comes with everything you need to get started. Even if you have never been great at it, this set helps you and teaches you different ways to write with different types of lettering. My children have also had fun with this creating all kinds of different things. This is definitely a great little hobby.

NEEDLESS TO SAY I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM IT SHOWS YOU HOW TO WRITE ELEGANTLY. THE MARKERS ARE GREAT TO WRITE OR COLOR WITH AND THE PENCILS ARE GREAT FOR DRAWING.I FEEL TOTALLY COMFORTABLE USING THIS SET. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Great set with lots of items!
I just love the Prismacolor 13pc Hand Lettering set! It has so many choices for making those bold letters that pop. The markers have a wide variety of tip thickness from flat and wide to thin and fine. It makes it easy to get those fine details that a standard marker can't achieve. I love the graphite pencils to do drawings and mock ups of letters. I've already used this set multiple times for cards and word art on canvas. It's an awesome collection!

The New Prismacolor Premier 13pc Hand Lettering Advanced Set is amazing!!! I am in love with it and since the moment I opened the box I cannot put it down! The product is complete and I can do all sorts of things with it, letting my creativity speaks freely. I am an Architect and I draw very often. This product has all the pens I need and offers me a set with high quality materials. It comes with 13 objects, including pencils, markers, eraser and insert with tips. I can say no more, you have to see yourself to believe it. This product is amazing and I would say it is a great gift option for designers or any person who loves to draw. Great writing tools!
Prismacolor Premier Beginner Hand Lettering Set is perfect for those just starting to learn how to write fancy letters! This set comes with illustration markers, art markers, pencils, and an eraser. It also comes with a tips pamphlet which easily explains how to hand letter using each of the writing instruments provided. Beautiful Lettering Kit
I love this Hand Lettering kit, it has a great variety of sized pens, from thick to utra thin which make for beautiful lines. It also comes with two drafting pencils and an eraser so you can draft your lettering before you finalizing in pen. (which is perfect for special circumstances when you want to make sure you have no errors. I definitely recommend if you are currently, or want to get into hand lettering. It is such a fun hobby!

I love this pen set. I’m new to the lettering and was looking for something to cover all the basics. This has 7 different types of pen and comes with a tutorial book to help you learn the correct process of different lettering. Each pen fits the comfortable and the ink is dark and smooth while trying to learn. Nice set for illustrating
This is a useful set that comes with a short guide on how to rough out then ink in some cool looking word art, but obviously you can use these for any kind of ink illustrations. A good range of ink sizes, from a huge chisel tip to a fine point, including a brush-like tip and my favorite, a small chisel tip that can do both fine detail and fill large areas quickly. Great for taking on vacation if you want to relax and doodle a bit.

Very good set
This is a very good set that brings pencils, illustration markers, dual-ended art markets and an eraser. The pencils are perfect for sketching, one is soft and one is hard. The illustration markers are good for tracing and the ink is permanent and water resistant. The dual end markers are ideal for creating bold designs or letters, but they are different shades of black and is difficult using them in the same design.

Great tools to build your skills!
The Prismacolor Premier 13pc Hand Lettering Advanced Set is wonderful! I started working in hand lettering last year during the quarantine. I have since begun doing hand lettering as a small business. This set provided me with all the tools I needed to take my business to the next level. The set contains everything you need to do intricate lettering in a number of different font styles. The set was a definite benefit.

Great in Some Ways, Okay in Others
Let me start by saying I'm just starting to learn Hand Lettering. Prismacolor has always been my preferred brand of art pencils so naturally I gravitated to this set. I love the wide range of markers it offers, as well as the pencils and eraser that are included. This set is really versatile! The ink is thick, dark and evenly flows. It looks beautiful on paper. Perhaps I went wrong getting an "Advanced Set" and the things I didn't like about these markers will be resolved with more practice? I did find that the more I worked with them, the better I understood how to use each pen and the better the outcome. That being said, the ink on these seem to feather more than I expected. Again, this improved with practice but even now I see feathering from the ink even when I can get the lines more even than before. I'm going to keep practicing and try different papers to see if that helps.
