Best colored pencils
I am so happy with the Prismacolor colored pencils. They come pre-sharpened with perfect tips. The case is great as you can open it completely or just the top and fold over so that your pencils are now in a “stand” position for you to take as you’d like. Makes it easier to put them away and to see what you have to choose from. The pigment of these pencils is beautiful. Lots of colors to choose from in the 24 pack and they will surely last a long time. I’m so happy with these.

Good colored pencils
The first thing I like about this set is that the package itself has folds that make it into a standup case. I like this because you can leave the pencils in there and just grab out what you need. And then close it back up. The pencils right smoothly and have bold colors. They are also easy to sharpen. They are definitely more expensive than regular colored pencils, so I don’t know if I would buy them for a young child. But that is just my own opinion

Nice color
Came very well package and very beautiful colors. Very well vibrant colors and very easy to draw and very well colorful. Also very good to color with your kids.very easy to put in the case and easy to remove. Really easy to sharpen. And very easy to hold .very sturdy not easy to break. When you color with them they show up pretty and bright. They are really great for sketches and layout. There are really great to have for school for work or home.

Beautiful colors
I really liked these colored pencils. They have such a smooth texture that they lay down on paper. Additionally the colors are fabulous! They are excellent and putting the color down on the paper without the need to go over the color several times. At the same time, they allow varying degrees of color based on the pressure used. Love the colors that they included in the 24 pack as well -- a good solid set. Overall well made and crafted pencils!

Excellent color and easy to use
These Prismacolor Scholar Color Pencils are great for activity time and artistic endeavors. The colors are rich and full in a way that really makes the artwork on the page come alive. The color pencils glide across the page and offer a smooth application of color to the page. Great for deep colors and accent shading. I also like the fit in my hand as they help to stay firm and steady while my 2nd grade student works hard on art projects.

Wonderful product!!!
I got my Prismacolor Scholar Colored Pencils about a week ago and I absolutely love using them! My Pencils are designed to minimize breakage when I am using them. They are perfect for me to do my drawings and sketches. I love how they are available in 60 different colors. I will buy all the colors and use them. If you are looking for good colored Pencils I recommend you try these. They are a great product!!

Beautiful color.
I really like these pencils. I was expecting them to be just like any other colored pencil but I was wrong. These are almost creamy in texture and it makes for a beautiful finish. The colors blend and layer really well. These are special colored pencils and personally just for me. I don’t let me son use them. The colors are beautiful and pigmented. I love the quality of these. I would definitely recommend.

This coloring art set is perfect for those that love art and want to color and just use it. It comes with so many shades of color that is a great variety. Excellent Quality!
I'm not an artist, but my kids and I love to draw and color. Prismacolor Scholar color pencils have vibrant, beautiful colors and lay color so smoothly and easily that my 7 year old has stopped constantly breaking the leads from pushing too hard in order to get the color coverage she desires. I love the quality and durability of these pencils and highly recommend them!

Fantastic!
These colored pencils are a must have for any artist, from amatuer to pro. They provide beautiful and smooth lines and perfectly blended shading. The colors are vibrant and true. They are high quality and feel great in your hand. I live the feature on the case that allows you to set them upright while using them. I had no breakage whatsoever over multiple projects.

Hot and cold
I have been using the prismacolor scholar colored pencils for a while now and have found them to be a decent, but not exceptional, choice. On the positive side, the pencils have a wide range of colors and are made of high-quality materials, which makes them durable and long-lasting. They are also easy to sharpen, which is always a plus.
However, I have found that the pigmentation of these pencils is not as strong as some other brands I have used. This can make it difficult to achieve the desired level of vibrancy in my artwork, and often requires layering multiple colors to get the right effect. Additionally, the pencils have a tendency to break easily, which can be frustrating and wasteful.
Overall, while the prismacolor scholar colored pencils are a decent choice for artists, they are not without their flaws. If you are looking for a high-quality, professional-level colored pencil, there may be better options available.

Work Well!
These colored pencils are nice quality and seem to be holding up well so far. They haven’t dulled too easily and I love how many color options there are. My daughter and I have enjoyed using these to color in more intricate coloring books and I’m sure she will use these on future school projects. I have no complaints and would purchase in the future!

These are really the best color pencils. They color smoothly and consistently. They’re great for shading and blending. The colors are vibrant. The clear easel packing is very cool, when opened it’s like a little stand making it even easier to see and choose which color next. They are high quality pencils, great for both young and adult artists.

My favorite colored pencils
These are fantastic, every artist’s dream. The colors are so vibrant and vivid and they blend like a dream. The colors available are a great balance for a packaged product. They aren’t hard and waxy, they’re soft but without being fragile. And let me tell you they LAST. I’ve had my same pack for three years now. I highly recommend. My fave’s!!

Customers like the quality, appearance, color and softness of the coloring pencils. They mention that they are far more durable than the Premiers, blends nicely and that the tips are soft enough that it doesn't look forced or unnatural. They also like the blendability, value, and performance. That said, opinions are mixed on sharpening.

The best memories
I can not think about school or even high school assignments without remember my beloved prismacolor colored pencils, I have always loved to color, so when my mom got me the 36 ct box I was over the moon, these pencils were a joy to use. They glided smoothly, the shades were vibrant and the metallics were amazing. 100% Recommended

Bright Colors!
Very impressed with the Prismacolor Scholar Color Pencils. They are very bright and vibrant and good quality. I do a lot of coloring in my adult coloring books and these are perfect. The tip of the pencils are also good quality they did not break off like cheap colored pencils. I like how many come in the pack as well.

Not all colored pencils are the same!
can tell you, not all colored pencils are created equal. I tend to search for colored pencils that have rich, saturated colors, and a variety of shades. I adore this set. I have an adult coloring book with beautiful mermaid, and dolphin images, this set is perfect for me to use to bring the pages to life. This is a set of 12 colored pencils. This set is an Under The Sea theme, the color selection is specifically picked with regards to the frequency of colors typically used in such images. I am happy with it, there's a decent range of selected colors. The pencils are presharpened. They come in a metal tin to protect against accidental damage. They have a soft lead that is waxed based. The colors are vivid, there is great pigmentation. The soft, thick core makes for a smooth laydown. Each one is easy to blend, and they are excellent for shading. I like the creamy texture, and found they don't smudge, unless I want them to.These are great for any project, big or small.

Prismacolor Scholar Color Pencils
These are definitely quality color pencils. Being a big fan of the adult coloring books these are great. 24 pack has a wonderful selection of colors. Lead does not break as coloring. Color of each pencil is bright. They sharpen nicely retaining a smooth point. Overall I am extremely pleased with these color pencils.

Great variety
I really wnjoy the variety of colors prismatic color's scholar pencils have! These are much more vibrant than others. I love how soft the coloring is! Just be careful not to press down too hard or you could create piles of rainbow dust that, when wiped or blow away, may color your page in all the wrong spaces.

Nice set
Impressed by these colored pencils. This is a nice set with a great variation in colors. Solid wood pencil makes sharpening easy. My son likes to draw an make pictures and he loves these as well. Comes in a nice plastic case that we have been continuing to use for storage. Very happy with these pencils!

Amazing pencils
These are simply the best coloring pencils ! I love using the these. My daughters and I sit together and color and doodle using them. Prismacolor scholar color pencils are soft highly pigmented and easy to use to shade for definition along with a full range in the color spectrum ! I will buy these again!

I was looking for a better set of colored pencils for an art project. Prismacolor Scholar colored pencils fit that bill. Smudge proof and easy to erase. The colors are nice and true to color. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a better set of colored pencils.

A whole different pencil than its erasable style of same pencil. I feel it's easier to use these and go over mistakes to cover up with other colors then to try and erase something that's already on the paper. comfortable grip. definitely valuable for the money and vibrant colors quality products

Overall pretty good
I really enjoyed using this product when I originally purchased them but found that they aren’t as smooth going down onto paper as their premier counterparts. They’re still great pencils with vibrant colors and they blend really well. Any growing artist would enjoy these as a gift especially.

Smooth Glide
I use these with my high school students. They blend super smooth on almost any drawing paper. We’ve done several projects including celebrity portraits. I made this sample.. don’t hate me for the subject lol personally I use the Premier line but the Scholar are great for beginning students.

Good for artists, young and old
Prismacolor colored pencils are great for a variety of projects including sketching and drawing. All of the basic colors are included in this set as well as some flesh tone colors that are not common in sets this size. My young artists loved these! They color quality of these is great.

Color pencils
The Prismacolor colored pencils are perfect for any coloring in, drawing or really any activity. The only reason these did not get a perfect scoring was just that these days color pencils are not at the top of everyone’s list. There were no issues or defects so overall very good.

We love Prisma anyway but I was stoked to get these. My husband and I are trying to creat an art room in our house and therefore are collecting a bunch of art supplies. We have a three year old and want to tap into his creative side. We are stoked to add these to our collection.
