Good for artists and crafters
I like that my Prismacolor colored pencils blend fairly well, have A LOT of different colors to choose from, and do not break easily. I wish that they would blend really, really easily, without me having to put down a light layer first. But that's how colored pencils work. I use them at home in my craft room, and I have also brought them on camping trips and hotel trips I like to sit out in nature and color. They are pretty expensive, so I have to be careful about sharpening--not grind them down too much. That is sort of difficult. I would recommend them to artists, and people who have the money to spend. They are worth the extra money, in my opinion.

Vibrant, colorful, several colors and an expensive
('24/25) My sister-in-law shared her gift of these Prismacolor coloring pencils.
* They were encased in a durable looking silver easy to open case;
* I believe there were 24 vibrant colorful pencils in which to color with;
* Each pencil offers an easy way to color our coloring book pages easier;
* We didn't have to press hard to color as each pencil allows each point without much pressure to color;
* We've tried many brands and by far, this brand is a great brand to use;
* I've noticed that this brand is expensive amongst others;
* There are different size packs in which to buy;
* For adults, I would recommend this brand to anyone.

So smooth and great colors!
I am not much of an artist, but coloring and doodling relaxes me. I was interested in trying out some real artsy colored pencils. These did not disappoint! They were comfortable in my hand. They were so smooth, almost crayon-like, which made them a lot easier to use. I love the color variety, which you don’t normally get with standard colored pencils. I also love the storage case to keep them organized and don’t have to shove them back in a box. I would definitely recommend these colored pencils!

My daughter, who is a college student uses these for her college art classes they are great because the packaging is super durable so she can throw it in her car on her backpack and she knows that they are going to be protected when she gets where she's gonna be she uses them a lot at the barn when she's playing with her horsebecause she likes to match his colorations when she's sketching him so the pigment on these has been great and she's been able to use a variety of the colors. This package is large so she has a lot of color variations, giving her the ability to blend and make a more professional looking art piece that she can hang on our wall and use for her college

We forgot to review we were SO excited with the colored pencils. They came in very fast! My husband got these as a gift for me after I had seen a commercial on Prismacolors with soft core pencils lead work great with water color too. Or if you get the tip wet you get the same color just more intensity. Wow! I have spent several days playing and trying different techniques with great results. These are the BEST colored pencils I have ever owned. I don't let little people use these. I have another box of a less expensive brand, we use when I have "help." If you want them for coloring or you are a real artist you won't be disappointed. Except you won't want to put them away.

Extremely blendable, vibrant, and easy to use
These pencils are top of the line and I’ve been recommended by many people to try these. They blend like an absolute dream and you can layer them easily to increase the vibrancy. They feel nice and soft but at the same time very structured. They have a good feel on the page as you’re coloring. They level up my adult coloring books and make my little pages come to life. I love the tin packaging it comes in and has little black separators so you can easily store them right back in the tin. They’ve lasted me a long time. The color assortment is perfect in this pack and I never feel like there’s a color I don’t have.

Best colored pencils I've ever used!
These colored pencils are the best I've ever used. I've been using them for years and have purchased several sets at this point. The color variety is top notch! You can't blend another colored pencil like you can prismacolor! It's flawless and while my work here isn't the best reference, it shows how vibrant these colors are and how they blend wonderfully. These are durable pencils and last for years with the occasional single color replacement. I've never found a better colored pencil and live working with these. I would recommend not leaving them in your car on a hot day because it can cause breakage, but if you are on the fence, hop on over because these are amazing!

The Best Colored Pencils Ever!
I was introduced to Prismacolor colored pencils in high school art class and was absolutely blown away by how much better they were than any other brand out there. They were then my go to during animation and illustration classes in college and years and years later, they are still all I will use. In addition to excellent, smooth, vibrant coverage, they blend with ease, sharpen perfectly without waste and last for years. The Botanical Garden set itself, is beyond striking with an excellent array of colors creating a perfect palette and presented in a beautiful tin for storage. I highly recommend this set!

Vibrant Colored Pencils that Anyone can Enjoy
I love this brand so much! I bought the set of 24 vibrant colors when I started high school and wanted to get into art! Four years later I treated myself to the 48 pencil set when I started art college and this 150 set when I passed my midterm! I then gifted my original 24set to my mum who's a teacher, and now a whole new generation gets to love them!
I always recommend Prismacolor to my art friends as it's easily my favorite art supply I have in my arsenal.
The pencils are really soft and super easy to blend which I love. It's also rich and doesn't take much effort to create something beautiful with it.

Vibrant colors!
My son who is very much passionate about coloring and drawing loved this prismacolor botanical garden set 12ct very much. This set has all beautiful vibrant colors. This set is very much suitable for nature themed coloring practice. My son has created beautiful artwork with these color pencils. This is by far my favorite brand of colored pencils. I’ve been drawing for years and I will always chose Prismacolor colored pencils for my art. I was afraid that with the back to school deal they might be factory seconds
My 48 set a year ago came nice too but had miss aligned printing and slightly wonky cores but this set was perfect. I think the QC is gotten its footing.
People have to remember that they provide pencils that really preform I notice people complaining about details that if adjusted would make PC pencils cost maybe double… that capped lacquered perfect every time pencil… it costs money. I’m glad that PC puts their energy into the core and minimizes the cost of other materials!

This set of color pencils is pretty amazing. With a great range of colors you shouldn't need anything else, but if you feel as though you do or you use or lose one, you can always buy them individually to add to your set. The colors are vivid and go on smooth with little effort. The only complaint I have heard with these is that they go on a bit too easy. They are pretty soft so you do have to use a light hand in order to get soft colors but I have never had a problem with this. They blend beautifully and the blender works wonders or the white one will work amazing too. They also can be layered with out resisting like some colored pencils. Over all some of the best color pencils I've used.

Love them!
I was a little hesitant with his products because I wasn’t sure if the colors really show through but I have to say I am really surprised at how well the colors translate to paper. For my boyWho likes to color and draw action heroes these colors allow him the ability to draw characters without becoming frustrated because the green is in green enough or that the colors aren’t the kind of colors that he wants that makes sense. The colors are super vibrant and they really do well on all different color papers I’m like super surprised about how well these these pencils work. Definitely will not be going back to our traditional color pencils definitely will be sticking with these going forward.

They're awesome for new artists who wanna step the
I used these when I decided I wanted to try making more professional looking art pieces. This pack of colored pencils was super eye-catching and happened to be on sale, so I bought a back. They work so well and happen to be easily built up and have a ton of wonderful colors. They blend very well and allowed me to make the piece I attached. I made that a couple of years ago, so I don't have a photo of the colored pencils lying around just the art i made with them and happened to post to my old Instagram. But they're awesome, i promise, I tried dipping them in water, and they start giving off watercolor vibes. It also takes a lot less work to build them up that way. I highly recommend them.

Vibrant colors, solid pencils
I bought these for my kids and the colors are great. Very vibrant, the tin it comes in is nice and they seem to be enjoying them. Sturdy and well made pencils, sometimes I try to go cheap on the art supplies because the kids go through it quickly but it definitely made a difference to get these high quality colored pencils. The kids didn't have to press down as hard to make the colors show up well and overall just a quality product. I'll definitely purchase from prismacolor again. I got both the under the seal and the landscape colors so my kids could each have a set and not fight over them.

Best pencils I’ve ever owned
These pencils are my all-time favourites to draw with. The colour quality and fastness is amazing - real depth of colour and no smudging when drawing large or complex pieces (like the drawing attached here). They blend beautifully, with no loss of colour. I love the fact that they come well packaged, in a sturdy box that easily displays every colour. I generally take out the selection of colours I will need before I start, which is really easy with the box - I know that I won’t need to waste time routing through a big bag of pencils and can quickly select what I need. They were an investment, but if you use pencils regularly and colour quality is important to you, you can’t get better than these.

Great for shading
I got the Prismacolor 23 Count Colored Pencil Set -Manga . These are the most vibrant colored pencils I have ever used. They are the perfect size. I love how comfortable they fit in my hand. I can use them for extended periods and not have my hand/fingers cramp . These colored pencils glide so smoothly on the paper. I am able to make great shading (colors) with these pencils. I absolutely love these colored pencils . I would definitely recommend these colored pencils to anybody looking for a really great set that don’t break the bank . I will absolutely be buying me some more of these set for me and my kids who love to color . These colored pencils definitely bring your art piece to the next level.

My favorite set for art work
I’ve been using the Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencil Set, and it’s hands-down the best pencil set I’ve ever owned. The colors are incredibly rich and blend like butter, making layering and shading super smooth. I love the wide range—there’s literally a shade for everything I need, from portraits to landscapes.
The soft cores do require a gentle touch and a good sharpener, but once you get the hang of it, they’re amazing. It’s a bit of an investment, but totally worth it for the quality and creative freedom it gives me. I reach for this set every time I want my work to really shine

You can’t understand the quality of these colored pencils! I feel like calling them “colored-pencils” is the wrong description for these. This is not Crayola quality. These do not draw on paper like a pencil. These are tools that will open your world to a different way of coloring or creating your own art. They blend perfectly, you can create different looks with the pressure you use… you can take your finger & blend these. The color is so vibrant & pigmented. These are soft & buttery. You can use them along with markers or paint to give texture in your art, or all on their own.
