Bright and beautiful color story!
I've used Prismacolor products for a while now, including the pencils, and very much appreciated this curated collection of botanical colors. They come quite in handy when I'm specifically drawing and sketching flowers and other foliage, and blend beautifully and also sharpen well without shredding. They also work well with Prismacolor's pencil blender. Will definitely buy more.

These are my favorite colored pencils!
These colored pencils are the absolute best! I’ve had mine for 4 years now, and they’re amazing. They were my first “big girl” colored pencils and I definitely noticed a difference between these and other brands. They sharpen nicely and blend really well. As an interior design student, I use mine to make fabric or wallpaper patterns. The variety in color makes my job a lot easier.

Are these worth they’re price?
Absolutely! As an artist I tend to try out different products for my pieces and this set was one I was impressed by. They’re easy to blend and full of pigments, the color provided is great. They can be used on top of other mediums such watercolors(after dried) and even acrylics. They are able to blend by layers also, I believe they’re worth their price and won’t mind buying more.

Great starter set!
Got this recently to use in my adult coloring books I already had. Plus I share with my daughter as she likes to color to help deal with anxiety. The pencils colored very smoothly. Could make them different in shade by using different pressure as well. Sharpening them was pretty simple. Great group of color as well. Great item in general with good quality for what I used them on.

Amazing pigmentation
I am a very artistic person since the age of 5, i have used many different brands of art supplies as well and This brand is by far one of the BEST brands of art supplies I've ever used. Their colored pencils are just way above any normal standard quality of pencils. If you're looking for great blending, high pigments, and long-lasting colored pencils, these are the best choices.

I love the color these have and the depth you can create the feel of the pencil to
Paper is amazingly soft and smooth.
I love these pencils have had several sets and wanted to get more when they’re sharpens down to the Nubs. The price is fair and about the same as it’s always been no noticeable difference with inflation I tend to buy these

Used to be great
I used to have some prismacolor colored pencils when they were made in the USA. They were high quality and beautiful. When prismacolor moved their plant to Mexico, I bought a small set. The pencils were bent, the core were brittle and one of the pencils didn't even have a core. It was just a hollow wooden stick. Quality dropped greatly. Now I have Faber Castell and other brands.

Can’t go wrong with these!
I bought this set of 150 colored pencils about 5 years ago and still use them to this day. I absolutely love drawing and using these pencils helps to bring my art to life! The quality of the wax is very nice and it is very easy to get a variety of shades using just a few colors. I’ve never had any issues with using these pencils and plan to repurchase them whenever they run out.

Excellent colored pencils
I love Prismacolor brand. As an intuitive and abstract artist I use markers, pen , pencil and colored pencils. My favorite to use and I love how these colored pencils are smooth and don't break easily where I feel like I have to sharpen all the time. Of course I don't push hard to color.
They work well not just for my art but coloring . Very beautiful colors and worth the money

This set is the inspiration for many fridge art shows! The variety of colors is a great introduction to blending. The presentation of the palette is great for learning about shading techniques and complementary colors. The packaging is very visually appealing and makes keeping track of the pencils easy. Sharing is easy this way too. This set took us from coloring to creating.

Never disappoints.
Got this Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencil for my future artist son, he loves to spend hours working on coloring and drawing. He really loves prisma colored and he said they are by far superior, soft creamy leads that blend incredibly well. Overall, colored pencils provide the most vivid and professional look. Prismacolor is an artist staple for a reason
I’ve tried dozens of brands over the years as an artist and hands down Prismacolor makes the best colored pencils. They blend beautifully, come in an endless array of colors, and most importantly they don’t break as often as other brands (when an expensive colored pencil breaks, that loss isn’t cheap). If you want colored pencils that will last then these are the ones to get.

Nice set of pencils!
We have a very talented 7 year old that can spend hours and hours working on paintings and drawings. She was very happy with this set and first thing that she tried to draw was the under the sea picture on the cover. Good quality, nice colors! This is a nice gift for anyone that likes drawing. So pretty on paper
Prismacolor colored pencils are easy to use. I put them in a large coffee cup on the dining room table. After lunch I draw, doodle & color with them. The pigments are deep and I love all the colors. I find that these colored pencils are easy to sharpen especially when I use a good pencil sharpener. I hope to buy more prismacolor pencils in a variety of colors in the future.

Perfect for needlepoint designing
I bought these for mapping out colors and patterns for my cross stitch designs. I’m extremely meticulous about colors when I design my patterns because many of my projects include gradient shading and it’s SO much easier to find corresponding DMC floss based on one colored pencil rather than trying to find a match from a color I created myself.
The pencils themselves are smooth and the colors are vibrant enough for bright projects and subtle enough for undertones and shading. I was surprised at comfortable they are to use. It’s not something most people think about, but when you have any kind of hand pain or arthritis it becomes a very important factor in the usability of products like this. These are very comfortable and I haven’t had any muscle soreness/aches using these for extended periods of time.
Overall these are spectacular pencils! I’ve recommended them to several people who now own their own set!

Incomparably good pencils
There are no pencils that blend as well as Prismacolor ones do. I have tried many other pencils from other brands, even from more expensive brands, but nothing allows for the same pigment without sacrificing blending. The sets are also easy to travel with due to their sleek packaging, I took them on a trip to Italy and put them in a small bag to sketch out my surroundings.

Amazing color variety, rich pigmentation, and smoo
I love this Prismacolor set! The color variety is incredible, and the pigmentation is super rich. They blend beautifully, making shading and gradients so easy. The pencils are durable, and the soft core makes it easy to layer colors without breaking. Packaging is sturdy and keeps everything organized. Smoothest pencils I've worked with so far
I have never come across coloured pencils with such deep pigments ever before- it effortlessly swims across the page with such delicate creaminess and is easily blended into one another creating a piece bursting with so many tones and values. They are sturdy pencils and the pigment stick inside isn't easily broken, however they won't last long due to constant resharpening.

The only colored pencils to use!
The only colored pencils to buy! I have been using these pencils since I started drawing in grade school and I could never look back. The color payoff is excellent and completely buildable. Colors are easy to blend and they provide so many options of colors. I like that with pressure you have full control and can even create your own colors by layering. They are fabulous!

Vibrant colors
I do not have any pictures as they were a gift for my daughter who is very much a picky artist. Love love love
I got this product free to test out. I absolutely love this set. They are smooth, and the colors in the set blend together nicely. They make objects, like flowers, look more realistic than other coloring products. The only complaint I have is that it doesn’t have black, white or brown. Nature definitely has those colors, and it would be nice for at least one to be added.

These pencils are very nice quality and a genuine pleasure to use. Definitely a positive example of 'you get what you pay for,' these pencils are an indulgence for a hobbyist and a great tool for the more advanced artist. They blend incredibly well, and without any special tools or techniques, making it easy for even beginners to create smooth color transitions for shading or gradients. Because they blend so well, it's really worth getting the full 150 color set, which provides a great range of colors without duplicates. They are a softer pencil, with tips that round off quickly, but you can still color in tiny areas or create sharp details if you want. I find I rarely need to sharpen the tips, even when working on intricate details. However, because of their softness these pencils are not the best choice for younger children, or anyone with a mobility issue that means they cannot vary the amount of pressure used.

Best colored pencils!
I have always loved these colored pencils and I got this set as a gift. There’s a huge variety of colors and they are brightly pigmented. I love the way they feel on paper - you can really cover all the white of the page or go lighter. They blend well, especially if you get their chalk sticks. The 2 together are super versatile. You’ll spend hours drawing and coloring!!

The Prismacolor 12ct Botanical Garden Set of colored pencils are beautiful! The set of pencils are contained in a lovely tin which makes transporting them very easy and helpful. Perfect choice for adults!
As an adult, there are times when you want to feel
Like a kid again, but don’t necessarily want to use crayons. These are the next best thing!! You have the same variety, if not more. They are easily blendable, and th point never break. If you are an artist looking for a smooth, pigmented colored pencil. Prisma Color is the way to go. They are perfect alone or in multimedia projects. They sharpen wonderfully, over and over. They exceed any pencil for art I have ever used. I've bought them over and over. The largest set while expensive gives you a wide variety for anything you may be trying to create.

My favorite pencils ever
My mom is an artist and growing up, prismacolor were the only pencils she’d use. I remember she let me use ONE pencil as a kid & it’s still my favorite color to this day – chartreuse. Anyway, the durability of these pencils are excellent. Pigmentation is out of this world. 150 colors, too? I only use like ten haha but it’s wonderful to have the option when I want it.

Recently purchased premiere set 150. Why are they so thin? Bought from Amazon. My last batch were much thicker. And, why am I paying 10.00 for one pencil from Amazon? Thank you.
