Beautiful colors
I adore this Prismacolor set. I have a few sets, but this color combination is my favorite. The blues and greens are lovely, and normally my go to when coloring. There are also a few brighter colors, yellow, red and orange which are very nice as well. All of the colors are very pigmented and bright which is why I love Prismacolor pencils. Some other sets come with sharpeners, this one doesn't but I wish it did. My only complaint is that when using the yellow, it seems to pick up the black outline ink on my coloring pages. The others don't, just the yellow so you have to be mindful of that. Otherwise I love it and would definitely recommend.

This is my first time using prismacolor pencils. I have to say i will not be using anything else from now on. I've never used any color pencils that come close to these. The colors are very vibrant and beautiful. They glide on so smoothly and seamlessly. They're very easy to blend and to stack color you don't even have to press hard to get good color. So if you haven't already tried prismacolor pencils your really missing out. Each pencil comes with a number and name for that color and i just found out that you can buy them individually an they do also come in different set sizes. I would love to get every color.

Beautiful pigment, ease of use, durable
This is a 72 ct set I have had for over 20 years! Talk about durability, these have been dropped and tossed and are still in great shape. The lead has not dried out at all. Prismacolor pencils are the most lovely pencils to create with whether for pros, amateurs, or casual coloring. The soft lead leads to almost no breakage, and instant color on the paper/canvas. It is easy to shade and to build color with these pencils. Blending is a breeze. The variety of colors is vast and beautiful. The feeling when using Prismacolor pencils is very satisfying. Price point is high, but these are professional-grade artist tools and they last and last.

Excellent product
Best colored pencils out on the market
This box set has a huge range of colors for all projects. Creamy. Start out with a lighter touch and layer
Too much creates a waxy build up. This can also be removed with their gray malleable eraser if you touch and dab at the wax a bit. Then you can continue coloring.
Another great trick is to use rubbing alcohol with q-tip to smooth out or blend out the colors. That’s essentially what the blender market is that they sell too.
Don’t over sharpen them or they will break and you have to start again losing useful pencil this way. They are fragile because so creamy so don’t press too hard.

INCREDIBLE COLORED PENCILS!
Some of my absolute favorite color pencils for any artists! Creamy smooth, blend easily, with an array of colors to use and high quality as well! I love using them on Bristol paper because of how beautifully the color lays down. The only con to these is how fragile they can be. This is because they don't have a wax bonding which is why their pigment is so rich, but either way I love them. Just make sure you baby them a bit . I have this set specifically but any set would work for any starting artist! I included a few photos incase yous like to check out the work I have created with these colored pencils and some other amazing products!

Nice set of colors
I thought it was an interesting idea to put a theme around a set of color pencils. It sure makes for a nice little package or gift set for someone who likes drawing manga or anime though. I tried out the various colors (see picture) and overall I'm pretty satisfied with the set. It contains 5 verithin pencils and the rest are "regular" colored pencils -- I'm really not sure what the difference between verithin and the rest are. Not as bright maybe? The "feel" of the verithins was a little different too, but I'm not sure how to describe it. Anyway, the color pencils all felt really nice and overall, I think this is a good set of quality color pencils.

Great Quality Pencils!!!
The prismacolor 23ct. Manga colored pencil set is a great quality product! It comes with 18 soft core
colored pencils that are high quality pigment for rich color saturation. It draws very smoothly, blends and shades very well with no smudging.
It also comes with 5 verithin colored pencils that are hard thin leads that sharpen to a fine point. They are ideal for outlining and lettering. They are perfect for manga art details like eyelashes and strands of hair.
Overall I love these colored pencils! I highly recommend these pencils especially if you do alot of manga art work!!!
