I love these!
These colorless blenders are amazing. They are perfect for creating that perfect blend of colors to achieve an artist's picture. They blend very well and don't chip while using them. They don't bleed the color over to the other parts of the picture after blending either. Prismacolor colorless blending pencils are a must-have if you enjoy coloring any type of project. It brings the whole picture together and you don't have to wear your colored pencils down. You also don't have to use chemicals or other agents in order to blend. Just take the blender and go over your work and you have a masterpiece. I definitely would recommend these to anyone who loves to color with color pencils.

My kids loves to draw and they started using this pencil to blend their colors and it really made a difference. It added more depth into the drawings and the colors gets blended well. No sharp edges where there shouldn't be because of these blender pencils. It is a little hard to sharpen at first but other than that I think this works really well. My kids loves blending their artworks now.

Once you use these, you will never go back!
Nothing I create with colored pencil is ever complete without these! They can soften a rough patch, make pencil lines completely vanish, and blend in another color on top of what you have already colored. They seem to last a long time, I haven’t had to repurchase yet, so great value. It’s a must have if you use colored pencils, and you will never not use a blender again!

Couldn’t find them so I got the next best!
Ok I don’t have this specific brand.. I was looking for it, and couldn’t find them where I was, so I picked these up instead and they’ve been great! If anyone’s looking for an alternative- The size variety is perfect for when you want to cover a larger area quickly or when you need that precision blend on smaller areas. They’ve held up great, might be repurchasing!

Hello. Thank you for your question. A fixative isn&rsquo;t required when using the Prismacolor Premier&reg; Colorless Blender Pencil, but many artists choose to apply a workable or final fixative to help protect their finished piece from smudging, wax bloom, or surface abrasion. This is a personal preference and depends on how the artwork will be displayed or handled. For long‑term display, framing behind glass or acrylic is recommended. It helps shield the artwork from dust, humidity, and UV exposure, all of which can affect colored pencil pieces over time. Just be sure to use a mat or spacers so the surface of the artwork doesn&rsquo;t touch the glazing. If you prefer to display the piece without glass, a high‑quality final fixative can offer some protection, but it won&rsquo;t be as durable as framing behind glass or acrylic.
