Tip for the taking:Bleed Protection

View All Tips »

Many of you have experienced markers that have bled through certain non-marker papers and have heard that putting a blotter page under you sketch will prevent unnecessary bleeding onto clean pages. Another trick I have found that works well is to spray workable fixative or hairspray onto you blank sketchbook page before you marker onto it. This helps seal the page to minimize or prevent marker bleed through.
